Product Description This is a high build and high performance two pack epoxy coating for metal and concrete surfaces . It is a surface tolerant , self priming coating , designed for even under prepared surfaces.
Recommended Uses Ideally suitable for use in varied conditions for the protection of all types of metals and also suitable for use in inaccessible areas in complex structures and where blast cleaning is impossible due to operational restrictions.

Method of Application Brush / Airless Spray
Thinner recommended ‘ Epicor ’ Thinner
Shelf life 12 months under normal storage conditions in original sealed containers.
 
Surface Preparation New Steel : Recommended for abrasive blasting to Sa 2 ½ after degreasing and deoiling of the surface. If steel is coated by Shop Primer , clean damages to shop primer and clean the surface free from oil , grease , moisture and any other foreign matter.
Maintenance : Remove oil , grease etc with a detergent wash . Remove salts and other contaminants by high pressure fresh water hosing. Allow surface to dry before the application.
Subsequent Coat As per recommended coating system.

3. Stir well before and while using .
4. Film thickness other than indicated also possible.
5. Mix 15 mins before use.
 
Safety Precautions :
  Provide sufficient ventilation while working with solvent based paints in confined spaces and stagnant air.
  Keep the material away from heat , spark and direct flame
  Avoid inhalation of solvent vapour or paint mist by using facial mask .Use goggles and gloves to protect against direct contact of paint with
   skin and eyes.
  In case of contamination , rinse with fresh running water and seek medical help at once.
  Follow local & national safety rules.
 
Special Comments :
  Thinner consumption and actual coverage of paint depends on the site conditions.
  Stir the paint well before painting and while painting if necessary.
  Material should be stored at 30 ºC temperature in dry place.
